The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Araria (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 90 of 2016 registered under Section 498A, 323, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that no specific allegation of overt act has been alleged against the petitioner. In fact with the same allegations, informant had earlier lodged a case against this petitioner, which shows the ill and ulterior motive of the informant. In the aforesaid case, petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
