Petitioner and one co-accused Surendra Prasad are said to have assaulted the informant's mother causing fracture injury on her hand. The aforesaid co-acused Surendra Prasad has already been granted privilege of bail by the learned court below itself vide order dated 30.07.2016 passed in B.P.No. 1171 of 2016 but the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by the same court only on the ground that petitioner did not comply with the order dated 14.10.2015 passed in Cr.
