2.The petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and apprehending her arrest in connection with Anandpur P.S. Case No. 22 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506, 34 of IPC
3. As per FIR petitioner alleged to assault informant alongwith other co-accused person, where during the course of occurrence co-accused person poured boiling oil upon informant.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that allegation of throwing hot oil is not available against this petitioner, rather same is available
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38737 of 2026(2) dt.18-06-2026 2/2 against co-accused namely, Ladli Khatoon and Ruksana Khatoon whereas general allegation of committing physical assault is available against this petitioner. Petitioner is sisterin-law of informant and claimed clean antecedent.
5. Learned APP opposes the prayer of bail.
6. In view of aforesaid factual submission and by taking note of fact as allegation of throwing hot oil is not available against this petitioner as to cause burn injury, accordingly petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks, is directed to be released on bail, furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Banka /concerned Court, where the case is pending in connection with Anandpur P.S. Case No. 22 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of BNSS.
