In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 130 of 2013 registered for offences under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The marriage of the victim lady was solemnized with the present petitioner in the year 2000 and Gowna was performed in 2005 and, thereafter, the petitioner and other accused persons started torturing to the victim lady.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the death of the victim was occurred on account of illness but, there is no supporting material to show the illness of the victim.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32432 of 2016 (2) dt.16-08-2016 At this stage, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, namely, Ravindra Yadav is rejected.

The trial court i.e. the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Rishi/- U T
