Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272,273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. From possession of the petitioners, Nepali liquor was recovered. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36573 of 2019(2) dt.18-06-2019 2/2 pending in connection with Harlakhi Police Station Case No.88 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
