The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304 (B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per prosecution, it is a case of dowry death due to non-fulfillment of dowry demand.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is father-inlaw of the deceased and father of the co-accused who is the husband of the deceased namely Dilip Paswan and his name has been figured in this case on the basis of mere suspicion. According to FIR, there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and his family members. It is submitted

Similarly situated co-accused namely Lakindra Paswan has already granted bail vide order dated 19.07.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 44265/2019. petitioner is in judicial custody since 06.03.2022. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer of regular bail.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Session Trial No. 505 of 2019, arising out of Minapur P.S. Case No. 402/2018, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-1st, (West), Muzaffarpur.
