====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-12-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 469, 120(B) and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, this petitioner along with other accused persons in connivance with each other cheated hundreds of people in the name of Muskan Project. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner was simply appointed as Financial Director of the said Muskan Project. Petitioner has got no concern with the alleged financial matter of the company in question. It was Mr. Rudra Deo, Director-in-Chief who was in full control of the policy and funds of the Muskan Project.
