This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act.

Thirty six bottles of foreign liquor was recovered from the bag of this petitioner while the petitioner was getting down of Magadh Express train. The petitioner has sated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 27.12.2016. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail, after completion of four months in custody, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Danapur (Bihta) GRP P.S. Case No. 90 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Railway Magistrate-cum-Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna Junction, or successor Court.
