JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 02-02-2017 On 31.01.2017, the case was repeatedly called but nobody appeared on behalf of the petitioners, thereafter the case was directed to be posted today and it was made clear that if nobody appears, the case will be disposed of on its own merit. It appears from perusal of the record that the petitioners have challenged order dated 29.01.2013 as well as order dated 28.09.2013 passed by Sri Ravi Shankar Sinha, Adhoc A.D.J.-I, Patna in Criminal Revision Petition No.110 of 2013 and 437 of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53269 of 2013 (3) dt.02-02-2017 2/2 2013 arising out of Complaint Case No.2817 (C) of 2006, whereby and whereunder the learned Magistrate has dismissed the petition of all the petitioners filed under Section 205 of Cr.P.C. and thereafter, the learned Adhoc A.D.J.-I, Patna dismissed the Revision petitions, hence, the present application has been filed by the petitioners but they have not appeared in this case. Heard learned A.P.P. as well as learned counsel for the Opposite Party No.2, and it has been informed by the learned counsel for the Opposite Party No.2 that this case has already been disposed of by the court below itself.
Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is dismissed.
