Having been informed with regard to arrival of dacoits, police began to search and during course thereof, a vehicle was intercepted wherefrom miscreants ran away. However, one Sanjay Singh succeeded in his escape while others were apprehended including the petitioner. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner though petitioner has got criminal antecedents being accused in two cases. Accordingly, petitioner, Nand Lal Sahni @ Surta Sahni is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Pandaul PS case No.15/2015.
