ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 6/ 08-07-2015 This modification application has been filed for modification of the order dated 03.09.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No.47549 of 2013, by which further proceeding of Complaint Case No.937-C of 2012 pending before the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Supaul, had been dropped on the ground that the parties agreed that on payment of `50,000/- the dispute will come to an end.

Now, the Complainant/Petitioner submits that she is not ready to do so and hence, this modification application has been filed.

Be that as it may, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 24.02.2014 in connection with Complaint Case No.937-C of 2012 to the satisfaction of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50082 of 2014 (6) dt.08-07-2015 2/2 Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Supaul, is hereby confirmed on the same terms.

However, further proceedings in Complaint Case No.937-C of 2012 pending before the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Supaul, shall not stand dropped and the parties shall pursue the case in the Court below.

The application stands disposed off with the aforesaid modification.
