The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case is that the informant gave Rs. 2,00,000/- to the husband of the petitioner namely Brajesh Mishra, for transfer of a land of the petitioner, but the husband of the petitioner did not get the sale deed executed.
