The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 10 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 363, 365 of the Indian Penal Code. Taking into consideration that it is a case where the abducted girl is not yet traceable and was last found at her inlaws place, I am not inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the above named petitioner.
