Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

One Md. Saddam and Sahabaz @ Chotu disclosed the name of the petitioner in course of investigation. The co- accused Md. Saddam disclosed that he had purchased looted mobile from the petitioner.

Moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 29.4.2016. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in Asarganj P.S. Case no. 14/2016.
