Petitioner is accused in connection with Gayghat (Benibad O.P) P.S. Case No. 173 of 2016 registered under Sections 307 and other allied sections of the I.P.C. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charge has been framed in the case on 01.04.2017. Learned counsel has produced the certified copy of the order whereby charge has been framed, which is kept on record. Petitioner is in custody since 02.01.2017.
