JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-08-2019 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court by order dated 7.12.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 63849 of 2018. Allegation as per FIR is of running of factory for manufacturing arms.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that recovery has been made from the house of father of the petitioner and as he is son, he has been implicated in this case and he is in custody since 9.6.2018, having no criminal antecedent and now charge has been framed in this case. Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional

Case No. 61 of 2018, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned and further condition is that petitioner has to appear in the court below as and when required, otherwise his bail bonds shall be cancelled.
