JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-08-2022 The present writ petition has been filed virtually for enforcement of an order dated 22.6.1992 passed in Encroachment Case No. 4/1992-1993 by the Circle Officer, Mohaniya (Kaimur). At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua for redressal of his grievance regarding removal of the encroachment in question.
Accordingly, the present writ petition
Patna High Court CWJC No.1969 of 2021(2) dt.05-08-2022 3/3 stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua for enforcement of the aforesaid order dated 22.6.1992 and in case, appropriate representation is filed, the District Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua shall take appropriate action, in accordance with law, if the aforesaid order has not been annulled by any higher forum / court of law, within a period of twelve weeks of receipt / production of a copy of this order.
The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
