The petitioner, namely, Ravi Kumar is in custody since 01.06.2016 in Mashrakh P.S. Case No.173 of 2016 under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that 3 accused persons were caught who were sitting on one motorcycle. No paper was shown to the police, therefore, they were arrested on 31.05.2016.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that co-accused, Baidnath Singh himself stated that the motorcycle belonged to him but he has got no paper.

Considering the above facts and the fact that the coaccused has stated that the motorcycle belonged to him, I direct

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34932 of 2016 (2) dt.20-08-2016 that the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/-(Rupees five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Saran at Chapra in connection with Mashrakh P.S. Case No.173 of 2016.
