JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 06-05-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State through virtual Court proceedings. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application in respect of petitioner no.2, submitting that during pendency of this application petitioner no.2 has been apprehended by the police. Permission is granted.
Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn in respect of petitioner no.2 only. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner no.1 seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.

However, petitioner no.1 is directed to surrender before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and to seek regular bail and the learned Court below would pass order on the same day in accordance with law, especially considering the fact that other co-accused have been granted regular bail by the Court below itself on the basis of compromise entered into between the parties.
