ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 23-09-2024 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, having regard to the fact that the petitioner is having an alternative and efficacious remedy of approaching the DRT, Patna under Section 17 of the SARFAESI Act, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition. The present writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the DRT, Patna, if he is aggrieved by any action of the respondents.

2. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits or demerits of the case and leaving all issues open to be agitated by the parties and to be decided by the DRT.

3. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
