JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 323, 448, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of entering into the house of the informant ransacking the house and making assault. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that except one injury, injuries of both the injured have been found to be simple and there is counter version of the occurrence also. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.
Let the learned court below consider the prayer for
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24764 of 2015 (2) dt.08-07-2015 2/2 regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Civil Lines P.S. Case No. 64 of 2015 pending in the court of learned CJM, Gaya.
Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
