2. The petitioner is in custody since 08.02.2017 in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 39 of 2017 for the offences alleged under Sections 413, 414 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated merely on the confessional statement of co-accused Chunnu Mian who was arrested by the police and except such confessional statement, there is no other material to connect the petitioner with the alleged occurrence. The stolen Bolero vehicle was recovered from the house of accused Soyeb Ansari who has also been granted bail by the court below.

4. A perusal of the order of the learned Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Bagaha discloses that the sale letter of the vehicle filed by accused Soyeb Ansari bears the signature of the petitioner on a stamp paper of Rs. 50/- . As such, the petitioner cannot deny his involvement with the alleged occurrence as it is the petitioner who has sold Bolero vehicle to Soyeb Ansari by manufacturing

5. Be that as it may, having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed.
