2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Deo P.S. Case No. 47 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 120B read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the wife of the deceased and she has killed her husband because she was having an affair.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that she has falsely been implicated in this case on the basis of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40414 of 2023(3) dt.06-09-2023 2/2 suspicion.

6. Learned APP for the State has submitted that petitioner is involved in the crime and materials have also come to connect her with the same.

7. In view of the facts and circumstances, as mentioned above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

8. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
