Petitioner being husband of the victim is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 306, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the niece of the informant committed suicide due to the torture being inflicted at the hands of the petitioner and others after four years of marriage.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is nothing on record to suggest that any injury was inflicted and there is an infant child also out of the wedlock which is being taken care of by the petitioner. Let learned Court below consider the prayer

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28989 of 2015 (2) dt.28-07-2015 2/2 for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 46 of 2015, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna.

Accordingly the application is disposed off.
