JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Earlier, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 03.08.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No.13052 of 2016 taking note of allegation leveled against him and, again, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail as the trial of the petitioner is on the verge of conclusion, which is evident from the report dated 10.03.2017 of the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Sitamarhi.

Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioner for bail in connection with Session trial no. 577 of 2014, arising out of Runnisaidpur P.S.Case No. 69 of 2014, pending in the court of the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Sitamarhi, stands rejected. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) N.K/- U T
