Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 366 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is in custody since 05.08.2016 for allegation that the petitioner and others kidnapped to the daughterin-law of the informant with intent to marry with her. The victim had supported the allegation of kidnapping for ransom and marriage in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C.

Submission is that the matter is of love affairs. Considering the nature of allegation and period already undergone, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28214 of 2018 (3) dt.16-07-2018 2/2 Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Srinagar (Pujahan) Police Station Case No. 37 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner as well as condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
