The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the neighbor of the informant namely, Sumer Sing, Subodh Singh, Chandan Kumar and Kanhaiya Singh came at the door of the informant started abusing, when protest was made co-accused Sumer Singh assaulted with 'farsa' on the head of the informant, when uncle of the informant namely, Devendra Singh came to rescue he was assaulted by co-accused Sambodh Singh, Sudhir Singh, Mahesh Singh and Dinesh Singh. Injury report of uncle of the informant suggests that he received three grievous injuries out of five
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21289 of 2015 (2) dt.20-05-2015 2/2 injuries caused.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is omnibus and general. There is counter version of the occurrence and five persons from the petitioner's side have also received injuries.
The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.
Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Amnour P.S. Case No. 153 of 2014, pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran.
With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
