Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25 (I-B)A, 26,35 of the Arms Act.
Only two bundles of rope are said to have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner when he along with others had assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity and for the aforesaid recovery petitioner is in jail custody since 13.3.2016. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in Lakhisarai (Kabaiya) P.S.
