ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Buxar (T) P.S. Case No. 560 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Case diary has also been received in the present case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that merely on the basis of suspicion, the petitioner has been implicated in the present case. . After perusal of the case diary learned counsel for the State submits that apart from the fact that there is a suspicion

Considering the nature of allegation and also the fact the petitioner has no criminal history, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks' from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar (T) P.S. case No. 560 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C..
