Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, the name of petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused Amarjeet Paswan and after that petitioner was remanded in the present case from Madanpur P.S.Case No. 41 of 2016.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
