ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 23-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chautham P.S. Case No. 75/14 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,324,504,506,447/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(x)(xi) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present case has been instituted on account of land dispute between the parties. So far as invoking of Section 3(x)(xi) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 are concerned, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Considering the aforesaid submissions and nature of allegation as also the fact that the petitioners above named have no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners in the event of their arrest / surrender within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Chautham P.S. Case No. 75/2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U T
