2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 83 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 80, 238 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased and he is alleged to have killed his wife.
4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the deceased committed suicide by taking poison and died. The petitioner and the deceased have a child who is with the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 10.02.2025.

5. Paragraph-13 of the petition reads as follows: "13. That as per FIR, grand daughter (Natini) of the informant traceless but it is submitted by the petitioner is that she (girl of deceased) still residing with the petitioner's family since day one."
6. Considering the period of custody, this application is allowed.
7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, District- West Champaran in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 83 of 2025.
8. At the time of accepting bail bonds of the petitioner, the Court below will verify the aforesaid statement made in paragraph-13 of the petition. If the child is found staying with the family of the petitioner, the bail bonds shall be accepted and if not appropriate order shall be passed by the Court below.
