Petitioner is in custody since 08.08.2016 in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 236 of 2015 registered under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner happens to be mother-in-law of the deceased is innocent and has not committed any offence. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and no specific over act is attributed to her. In fact, the daughter of the informant committed suicide by hanging her after quarreling from her husband. The petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is rotting in custody for the last six months.

Case No. 236 of 2015.
