JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 06-07-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No. 44 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30, 30(a), 38 of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, he has in custody since since 03.03.2018.
Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than four months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
