NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER 22-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and the learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Beur P. S. Case No. 46 of 2015 dated 3.3.2015 registered under Sections 498 (A), 306 and 34 of the I. P.C.

The petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased Laxmi Devi and the informant is the Uncle of the deceased. Learned counsel for the informant submits that his niece Laxmi Kumari was subjected to torture by her in-laws, the petitioner, and, also her husband. It has been stated by the informant that the husband of the deceased Laxmi Devi is absconding.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28252 of 2015 (2) dt.22-07-2015 2/2 Under such circumstance, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail.

This application is accordingly, dismissed.
