The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. 600 ML of country made liquor was recovered from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has clean antecedent and he is in jail custody since 2.1.2017. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Excise Case No. 4 of 2017.
