Petitioner is in custody since 27.1.2016 for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It appears from perusal of the impugned order that except confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-VIth, Gopalganj, in
