3. Accordingly, the present writ is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file a representation before the Managing Director within a period of four weeks. On such representation being made, the same shall be considered strictly in accordance with law. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the representation by the petitioner.
