2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sanjhauli P.S. Case No. 89 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307 and 427 of the I.P.C. under Section 27 of the Arms Act lodged on 25.05.2022 by the informant, Rajesh Singh.

3. As per the prosecution story, the allegation is that due to small issue, free fight took place between the parties which resulted into injuries on both sides.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though, role has been attributed to him of attacking Abhijeet, the injuries does not support the allegation.

5. Mr. Bharat Bhushan, learned APP for the State on the other hand opposes the prayer and submitting that there is

6. In that background, and considering the learned Session Judge order which shows that injuries have been suffered by both sides, it would be appropriate that the petitioner seek bail, the anticipatory bail stands rejected.

7. In case, he surrender within four weeks from today, the bail application shall be taken up and dispose it of preferably on the same day.
