This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 401 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is said to have assaulted the deceased. In the Postmortem report multiple wound has been found on the scull of the deceased.

In the opinion of this Court, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
