The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 503 of 2016 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 409, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the audit report relating to land acquisition the employees and officers of the land acquisition office has also been made an accused and the petitioner was one of the person, who was granted the compensation.

Taking into consideration the role of the petitioner and other co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail, I am inclined to allow the petitioner on bail, in the event of arrest he
