This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 22.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1169 of 2020 whereby the petitioner had been granted anticipatory bail and was directed to surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of the order.

For the reasons mentioned in this modification application, it is allowed.
