The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/324/307/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner caught hold the brother of the informant and co-accused Deepak Thakur assaulted with knife on the abdomen of the brother of the informant when one Shristi Narain Jha came to rescue he was assaulted by knife by the co-accused Deepak Thakur.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the specific accusation of assault is not against the petitioner.

The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21303 of 2015 (2) dt.20-05-2015 2/2 consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Katra P.S. Case No.35 of 2015, pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur.

With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
