Petitioner is accused in connection with Chakia P.S. Case No. 277 of 2016 registered for the offences alleged under Sections 414, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the I.P.C. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in this case due to enmity. The alleged recovery has not been made from the conscious possession of the petitioner and petitioner has no concern with the alleged motorcycle. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 11.11.2016.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16259 of 2017 (2) dt.26-04-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate XIII, Motihari in connection with Chakia P.S. Case No. 277 of 2016.
