27-10-2021 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Earlier, the bail petition of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 06.11.2019 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 47228 of 2019.

On last occasion, vide order dated 15.09.2021, a report with regard to stage of the trial was called for, which has been received and kept at flag 'A'. From perusal of the same, it appears that eight prosecution witnesses have already been examined and summon against one witness has been issued. Meaning thereby that trial is going on smoothly. Taking into consideration the nature of accusation and stage of the trial, the bail petition of petitioner is rejected. However, since the petitioner is in custody since 12.03.2019, the
