A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Bihar State Electricity Board at present South Bihar Power Distribution Company. In paragraph 3 of the counter affidavit it has been stated that amount of Rs. 69,758/- has been paid to the petitioner vide Cheque No.313016 dated 2.2.2015.

Patna High Court CWJC No.13993 of 2009 (9) dt.26-02-2018 In such view of the matter, this writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

Accordingly this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
