JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,341,323,324 and 448 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner demanded extortion of Rs.10000/-, on denial of the same, the petitioner came along with other accused persons when the petitioner caused injury to the informant with Bhujali and co accused Lilawati Devi assaulted the informant with dagger.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the injury of the informant has been found to be simple. There is counter version of the occurrence where the petitioner received injury. The injury of the informant has been brought on record as

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Saran at Chapra in connection with Ekma P.S. Case No. 3 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
