Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 364, 394, 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the first information report. His name has transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused, Bablu Tanti. Bablu Tanti has already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 3652 of 2017. the petitioner is in custody since 03.02.2016.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17313 of 2017 (2) dt.18-04-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Neema Chandpura P.S.
