JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 20 liters nepali soufi liquor is said to have been recovered from the hut of the petitioner but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the said hut does not belong to the petitioner and moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 15.05.2016.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Bairgania P.S.case No. 65 of 2016.
