The petitioner is in custody in connection with Dhankund P.S. Case No. 01 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 457, 380 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and considering the nature of materials seized, the court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, above named, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Banka in connection with Dhankund P.S. Case No. 01 of Bailors shall be the family members.
